REFUND POLICY 

We can offer full refunds on orders that are cancelled before the day of delivery, less an administration charge of 2% of the value of the order.

For any orders which are cancelled on the morning of delivery, hire charges will be refunded (again less the 2% administration charge), however the transport charge may not be refunded as the delivery driver could already be on the road. Any additional charges from the supplier may also be passed on to the customer. 

Partial refunds may be authorised by our company director or a senior member of staff if the circumstances are deemed acceptable.
