How to Order
The ordering process is really straightforward. You can book the item required on-line and make payment on our secure on-line payment system. The hire periods are listed against all items. We offer either a 1 day, 2 day, 1 week or 2 week hire period depending on the equipment hired. If the item doesn’t list a 1 day or 2 day rate this means the item has a minimum of a 1 or 2 week hire period. If you wish to book the item for a longer period listed on the website please contact the Hire desk.
All orders have a pre-arranged collection date depending on the hire period selected. We will aim to collect the items the day after the hire period ends but this isn’t guaranteed. Please see terms and conditions for deliveries/collections. If you wish to extend your hire period please call the Hire desk the day before the collection is due.
You can also make a booking over the phone by calling our Hire desk 0808 275 9979. Once the order has been placed we will send a link via email to make the payment via the secure payment system. The order will only be confirmed once the payment has been received.
If the item you require isn’t listed on the website please call the Hire desk and we will look into prices and availability of the requested item.
All orders placed on-line are delivery only. If you wish to collect the equipment from a depot local to you, please call us and we will check our network of suppliers to find the most local depot to your location.
