Delivery & Collection Information
Delivery / Collection prices vary according to the kit being hired and the site location. Once you place your order, it will be dealt with ASAP by a member of our team. You can order online 24/7 or call us on:0808 275 9979 between 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday to order by phone. We can deliver on any weekday and on Saturdays, however depots only work half a day on a Saturday so if you need a Saturday delivery the place your order ASAP as naturally the delivery slots fill up quickly.
If you're ordering for next-day delivery, this needs to be done within a reasonable time, generally 3pm the day before is the cut-off point for next-day delivery. Once your equipment arrives, you will be asked to sign to accept delivery and the equipment will now be your responsibility until collected.
In terms of collection, the off-hire dates are booked in automatically at the start of the hire. If you finish with the equipment earlier than expected, you can let us know by calling our office. The full hire charges may apply, depending on the minimum hire of the item. If you need to extend the hire please let us know the day before the scheduled end of hire. If we are notified of this on the collection date itself, then an aborted collection charge may apply.
Once the equipment is ready for collection, the depot will collect it as soon as they can. We try our best to collect things the day after you request, but this may not always be possible. Until the equipment is returned, it is your responsibility to keep it safe and secure, if anything is damaged or missing it will be your responsibility.
In general, it is a smooth process, we will do our best to adhere to any requests you have and try to deliver and collect to suit you.
